If your ads were rejected:
- You can try editing your ad so that it complies with our Advertising Policies. You can see more information on why your ad was rejected in your Account Quality. Keep in mind, your ad may have been rejected for not complying with one of our other Advertising Policies.
- If you think the decision was incorrect, you can learn how to request another review.
If your ad promotes personal health products and services:
- Explain benefits of your product or service in a way that applies to everyone. Avoid using claims that may create an inaccurate view of the results or potentially create unmet expectations.
- Consider the reaction of the audience that will view the ad. Avoid using content that may make the person viewing the ad feel bad about their current state and create a negative self-perception.
- Focus on the purpose of your product or service, instead of the health condition. Sometimes ads that focus on an individual’s beauty or health condition can feel uncomfortable.
If your ad promotes weight loss products, please keep in mind that our Cosmetic Procedures and Weight Loss ads policy requires that ads marketing weight loss products and services must be targeted to people at least 18 years or older.
